LakeBridge One - Sold

South Haven, Michigan

12038 LakeBridge Lane, South Haven, Michigan

LakeBridge One is the last home built in LakeBridge, our exclusive 11 acre, seven home community with breathtaking views, a dramatic natural setting, and an unparalleled waterfront living experience. To the west, of course, you'll find beautiful Lake Michigan, and to the east is Deerlick Creek, which perfectly enhances the natural setting and ensures privacy for generations to come. LakeBridge One, our 'builder's choice' parcel, was once reserved for Cottage Home president Brian Bosgraaf; the site is situated at the highest bluff point, yet still offers a grass walking path to the beach.

LakeBridge One was completed on schedule in early July and was immediately purchased by an existing Cottage Home client. LakeBridge Three, built in 2007, is now available fully furnished and equally luxurious. Click here for more information.

Lake Michigan Property
There is a historic shipwreck which lies just off the shore of LakeBridge. "The City of Green Bay" was built in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1872, and served as both a trade and cargo ship. It was headed from Escanaba to St. Joseph in October of 1887, when it was caught by incredible winds, which forced it into the shore. Tremendous waves rolled over it until it sank in the waters of South Haven. What remains of the ship lies in what is now considered an official shipwreck site and is part of the Southwest Michigan Underwater Preserve.
