As soon as your home is complete, we want to help you begin to enjoy it. So, we are happy to offer you as much move-in assistance as you need, from accepting deliveries on your behalf, moving in boxes and setting up furniture, to hanging pictures.
Then, once you've settled in, you'll find our warranty service program exceptional. While we truly believe that each home we deliver is expertly crafted and defect-free, we understand that after occupying the home for awhile you may find the need for warranty service. Thus, we offer a one year builder warranty, and you can count on us to be responsive, efficient and proactive in addressing any such service needs.
Beyond the home's warranty, we encourage you to take advantage of Cottage Home's extended Cottage Watch program in which we will regularly check on your home and keep an eye on it while you are away. We'll also help coordinate seasonal maintenance, and recommend and supervise service providers at your request. Whatever your needs may be, don't hesitate to ask for our assistance one, two or even ten years after your home is complete!
